Workshop for Families with Teens

An in-person My Child and Me workshop for families with teenagers aged 10–19, promoting mental health awareness and support through cultural perspectives.

Over seven weekly sessions you’ll develop awareness and skills in supporting your teenage children, explore the role of culture in their mental wellbeing, and understand the impact of schools on their mental wellbeing — together with other parents, face to face.

Supported by the Maudsley Charity (Backing Better Mental Health), in partnership with MindSpark, ParentSkills2Go and Distinct Family Services.
